About the Role
This role will see you apply your legal knowledge and liability expertise in an underwriting environment, managing a portfolio of complex Casualty claims with a particular focus on Construction Liability.

We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have a strong interest in insurance, liability and claims and are looking to take their career in a different direction.

About the role
· Manage a small renewal book, approx. 20 per month
· focus on new business conversion and cross-selling for SME clients
· Mixed book of commercial clients; hospitality, retail, allied health etc.

Technically working across Bizpack, PI, PL, ML, and Cyber.

Seeking an Account Executive to take over an established $500K commercial portfolio of approximately 75 long-standing clients across labour hire, earthmoving, property, manufacturing and construction.
This is an autonomous role with support from the Director for key client meetings when required, as well as support from both onshore and offshore assistants
For someone with leadership aspirations, there is an opportunity to progress into leading the team of seven brokers, with further career progression into senior management as the business continues to grow.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate. WFH 1 day a week, an extra week of paid annual leave between Christmas and New Year’s, a quarterly bonus in place, and a new business commission structure
