Kayleigh is Paragon’s Perth based Recruiting superstar.
A background of being brought up in the UK, followed by living in Dubai and flying throughout the world as a Business Class Air Stewardess for 6 years.
Kayleigh joined Paragon in January 2025 and quickly proved to be a fantastic addition with clients and candidates warming to her professional, yet fun vibe. She hit the ground running, and has not looked back.
Away from the office, Kayleigh enjoys a nightly run, and at the weekends, being out in Perth getting to know the best bars and restaurants.
