We are working with a small but quite unique insurance broking group.
Unique in the fact that they have clients in the sme/mid commercial area, to major complex international clients that are listed on the stock exchange.

The role is to work with one of the Directors.
You will be assisting in helping to manage his clients – again small, medium and corporate risks.
Your role would include, slip preparation, issuing policy docs, updating client details, give limited advice on claims, collation of renewal information, marketing of risks. Additionally for your development, the Director would encourage you to assist him on client visits.
Overall your role would be to work with the Director, be detailed and react to all client policy changes, claims etc, leading to a client being happy and wanting to renew with you as they feel professionally well looked after.
This role would require someone with 3 plus year experience in insurance broking, with Tier 1, good knowledge across most general insurance products, good systems knowledge.
Additionally you’d be the sort of person who enjoys picking up the phone to an insurer or client rather than 100% tapping away at a keyboard, as insurer meetings are also encouraged in order to help you develop your standing within the local insurance community.
This office is based in West Perth, and you would be encouraged to work within the office rather than be someone who would prefer to work from home.
