About the role

Senior Claims Manager with a leading independent Brokerage, focused on large and complex Property (ISR, Home & Landlord) & Liability claims and providing support to the Claims Manager with team workflow and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 100-140 complex claims
Work across all claims types, with a focus on Property & Liability claims
Advocating for the client in the event of a claim
Allocating claims to team members and monitoring workflows
Technical referral point for internal staff
Client and stakeholder relationship management

Key skills and experience

Prior experience managing complex, high-quantum ISR claims
Previous experience managing Liability and/or other commercial claims (highly advantageous)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Capable of handling AFCA submissions and Dispute Resolution
Knowledgeable in relevant regulatory compliance and codes of practice
