We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity to join a prestigious broking firm in a newly established role. As our client expands and evolves strategically, they seek an Operations Manager to elevate their operations and compliance processes.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
Review and refine existing processes to drive operational efficiencies
Develop and implement new procedures
Oversee system and tech implementation
Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and involvement in company compliance audits
Collaborate with Leaders or Directors on budget management and onboarding new team members
Work with business leaders to achieve strategic goals
Contribute to the company’s vision and values
Provide technical assistance on insurance products, claims management, and compliance requirements

ABOUT YOU
Strong technical insurance knowledge with prior broking experience highly regarded
Knowledge of insurance products, legislative obligations, and claims processes
Proficiency with current technology and systems in the insurance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of broking compliance
Driven to support the company’s strategic direction and growth
Ability to coach and mentor others and support senior leaders
