Paragon Recruitment is working exclusively with a highly regarded insurance brokerage to source an additional resource for their claims team, due to continued business growth.
You will be joining a team of Claims Managers responsible for claims advocacy for clients across all lines of general insurance, including heavy motor and transport.

Managing a varied portfolio of assigned claims
Portfolio to include transport and heavy motor, property, casualty, construction and motor claims
Regular ongoing communication with clients
Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure effective claims management
Interpretation and application of policy wordings in respect of claims
Negotiating with insurers to ensure maximum claims settlements
Prior experience in an end to end commercial claims role preferred with experience in heavy motor and transport claims a must.
Understanding of commercial insurance policy wordings
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Confident negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Eager and willing to learn
