Join a Growing Team: Account Manager – Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Corporate insurance broker for an outstanding opportunity to join a corporate, multi award-winning boutique brokerage, and rapidly growing insurance firm based on St Kilda road.

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is hands on servicing a portfolio of accounts. The portfolio includes a large corporate client across the NFP, faith based industry.

Key responsibilities

Take full responsibility for a portfolio of corporate accounts including new business, questionnaires, renewals, quotes, endorsements, addendums, cancellations and debtors
Deliver key targets and aim to exceed KPIs as set by the business
Maintain in depth knowledge of the client portfolio to assess current and future needs
Identify and suggest suitable products, services and upgrades to clients
Secure new business and ensure retention of current clients
Develop substantial networks with internal and external stakeholders
Support the onboarding and training of new staff members

Key skills and experience

The ideal candidate will excel in managing, developing, and maintaining long-term, meaningful relationships with key clients at all levels.

The successful candidate will also –
3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager
Outstanding customer service with a commercial approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Winbeat, OfficeTech, Sunrise, SVU, SCTP is desirable
Be committed to maintaining their portfolio by giving confidence to our clients
Be self-motivated, with solid methodology and attention to detail
Have excellent relationships with underwriters and industry networks
