We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join a vibrant insurance firm, with offices in the CBD and inner city surrounds. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic brokerage that values personal growth and development.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the company senior brokers managing commercial and mid-market accounts across faith based and NFP organisations, including charities.
This opportunity would suit someone who is driven, passionate about customer service and keen to be part of vibrant and growing insurance firm with career growth on offer.
Comprehensive portfolio management, overseeing individual client renewals from start to finish.
Analysing client risk profiles and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored risk solutions.
Offering concise and informed general insurance advice to clients, involving the creation of detailed reports and coverage summaries.
Skillfully negotiating with underwriters on behalf of clients, serving as a dedicated advocate.
Presenting renewal terms to clients.
Diligent renewal management to secure business retention, addressing policy inquiries, and managing alterations.
The successful candidate must be able to manage, develop and maintain long term meaningful working relationships with key clients at all levels.
In addition, the successful candidate will have:
Relevant general insurance experience, 3-5 years preferably
Experience across commercial and mid market is desirable
Completed Tier 1
Exceptional customer service skills
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
Positive attitude and driven to succeed
