We have 3 different insurance broking groups looking for service orientated Insurance Account Managers.
One is a fast growing corporate broker, owned by a global insurance group.
Another is a privately owned national broker with offices across the country.
The last is a Global Broker specialising in corporate risks.
The common ground is finding a quality broker who can build trust with clients, has relationships with insurers, can offer a fantastic service making the renewal process easy.
Will have great admin support in any of the companies mentioned.
Key responsibilities
Managing, maintaining the portfolio of insurance clients.
Risks varied, could include – services to mining, healthcare, agri, property, general risks.
Focus is on the client, being pro active, making sure the client is fully covered, fully updated on whats needed & at the renewal, the client makes it easy to renew as service has been amazing.
Key skills and experience
8 plus years in insurance broking.
Solid experience of managing clients (sme, corporate, mining – any & all, it doesn’t matter which).
Successful in gaining client trust.
Great at delegating work and helping to up skill staff around you.
Can add to a positive culture.
