We don’t have set office hours. We work to success and outcomes. We don’t think a 10-hour day is anything but a recipe for disaster and burnout. If you can achieve what’s needed in 4 hours, or in 7 hours, then that’s your work day done and no one is going to say otherwise. We have Grade-A offices to work from, and if you prefer to work from home, the choice is 100% yours.
Commissions
We don’t believe in having to reach high targets before earning commissions. You should enjoy the financial rewards before your 3/1 multiple. That’s why we simply put a low threshold in your remuneration package (divided by 12 for your monthly threshold target), and as soon as that threshold is reached we offer a staggered commission incentive for you to enjoy.

Here at Paragon we recognise how stressful and emotional this job can be. That’s why we insist that every 2 months, you take a day for you. Buy a book and chill, have a massage, just something for you, we give you this day free — plus we will pay up to $100 for something you choose to treat yourself to on that day.
Free Holiday Time
As well as the standard 4 weeks of holiday per year, we also want you to be recharged in the new year. Which is why we close before Christmas and open in January, so you can enjoy the time away knowing it isn’t affecting your holiday allowance throughout the year.

From a trainee to the Managing Director, we believe that In-House and External Training really benefits everyone, so together with our external training organisation, we tailor a programme that will benefit you.
