Our successfully placed candidates undertake a modality assessment before they start their new position, the results of which tell us how best they take on new information & learn.

 

This information is then provided to you, the client to use “in addition” to your existing on-boarding techniques. This greatly reduces the learning curve & eliminates any confusion, so the employee can concentrate on the material & not interpreting a new trainer style.

We follow this up after they have started with a more indepth assessment. This one assesses how the candidate best receives feedback, criticism, even positive feedback, it tells the employer how best to deliver the information for the best outcomes.
