A small, yet national insurance broking group have are creating a brand new role in their Perth Office.
The Claims Broker will take all the sme/motor/domestic claims from the Brokers & handle from start to finish.
It’s a great role and you will get a lot of development and knowledge from the brokers you will be working with.
As your knowledge and experience grows, so will the type of claims you will handle.
Lodge and manage claim from start to finish.
Keep the client fully up to date with claim process.
Liaise with insurers and adjusters to make sure that the process is seemless and quick.
Report to the Broker on the progress with the claim.
Build relationships with all third parties.
2 years claims experience.
Can be in a general claims, or just motor/home/domestic. Training will be given.
Ability to show confidence in the role.
Good communication skills.
Ability to structure your own day.
Priortise risks.
