They are on the lookout for a proactive Account Executive to join this leading broking client in managing and developing a portfolio of SME clients across diverse industries. Working closely with partners and the corporate broking team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and advice to their clients.
Reporting to the Partners you will be very much part of a bigger team and feel very included in the division.

Lead, plan, and implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies
Service and manage the needs of a portfolio of key revenue-generating clients
Deliver high-quality customer service and advice promptly and efficiently
Develop and implement strong account retention and sustain strong client relationships
Ensure effective risk management strategies are always in place for clients
Play an active role in managing complex claims
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency for market-leading customer service
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry
Tier 1 qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Exceptional organisational and operational skills
Interest in developing leadership qualities
